Who qualifies
Residents of the San Gabriel/Pomona Valley area with a developmental disability that began before 18; babies under 36 months with delays or high risk; ages 3-4 with significant limitations may qualify provisionally.

What it is
SG/PRC serves the San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys. It evaluates and coordinates free services for people with developmental disabilities such as autism, with Early Start intake for children under 3 and provisional eligibility for ages 3-4.
