Who qualifies
Residents of the San Fernando, Santa Clarita or Antelope Valleys. Early Start: under 3 with a 25% delay, high risk, or established risk condition. Age 3+: developmental disability starting before 18 with significant limitations. Children up to 5 may qualify provisionally.

What it is
NLACRC serves the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys. It determines eligibility for developmental disability services such as autism supports and Early Start, and coordinates free services for those who qualify.
