Who qualifies
RPU customers with the bill in their name and household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty guideline (e.g., $39,900/year for 1 person, $54,100 for 2, $82,500 for 4). Must recertify every 12 months.
How to apply
Bring ID, Social Security card, current RPU bill, any disconnection notice, and income proof for everyone in the home to Community Action Partnership of Riverside County (2038 Iowa Ave., Ste. B-102, Riverside), or mail an application to the Casa Blanca Customer Resource Center, 3025 Madison St., Riverside, CA 92504.
