Who qualifies
LADWP customers with annual gross household income at or below: $43,280 (1-2 people), $54,640 (3), $66,000 (4), $77,360 (5), $88,720 (6), $100,080 (7), $111,440 (8); add $11,360 per extra person (limits effective July 1, 2026).
How to apply
Apply online with your LADWP account, or mail the PDF application to LADWP, EZ-SAVE Program, Room L63, PO Box 515407, Los Angeles, CA 90051-6707, or fax (213) 241-1465.
What it is
EZ-SAVE lowers LADWP bills for income-qualified customers and also qualifies you for other city and state savings. No proof of income is needed to apply.
