Who qualifies
Donors who meet LifeStream's requirements (see 'Who Can Donate'). Anyone can volunteer to chair a blood drive.
How to apply
To donate: book at giftoflife.lstream.org (first-timers create a donor profile), use the LifeStream app, or call 800-879-4484. To host: fill out the form on the Host a Blood Drive page, or call 800-879-4484 ext. 439 or ext. 325. Pick a date and place, build a volunteer team, and promote the drive.
What it is
LifeStream is the Inland Empire's community blood bank. It runs donor centers across San Bernardino and Riverside counties and holds mobile blood drives. Groups can host a drive for free: LifeStream schedules the staff and prints promotional materials.
