People with Los Angeles County cases. At library clinics the office co-hosts, you must not currently be on probation or parole or in violation of any law.
How to apply
Call the Record Clearing Unit at (213) 204-9904 to check eligibility, or come to a listed record-clearing event (see the events page). Bring court records or minute orders if you have them.

The LA County Public Defender's Record Clearing Unit offers free expungement help to remove or seal past convictions. It holds record-clearing events and mobile unit stops at community sites around the county.
