Residents of Riverside or San Bernardino County with limited income, a disability, or age 60 or over.
How to apply
Apply online through the link on ICLS's site, or call the Intake Line at (888) 245-4257 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM). Seniors 60+ can call (800) 977-4257.
What it is
ICLS gives free legal help to low-income people, people with disabilities, and seniors in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Areas include housing, public benefits, family and domestic violence, consumer, health, immigration, and elder law, plus expungement and guardianship clinics.
