How to apply
Contact a participating phone company and ask for California LifeLine to start an application. Use 'Provider Search' at californialifeline.com to find providers. For application/renewal help call 1-877-858-7463.

California LifeLine lowers the cost of home phone and cell phone service for qualifying low-income households. A pilot also offers up to $20/month off standalone broadband or $30/month off bundled broadband and voice.
