General Relief (GR) – LA County
Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services (DPSS)
Who qualifies
LA County residents with monthly net income under $221 ($375 for a couple), personal property of $2,000 or less, and $100 or less cash on hand when applying ($200 for a couple). Vehicle and home value limits apply. People violating probation/parole or fleeing felony prosecution are not eligible.
