Who qualifies
Families in SCLARC's Early Start program, families receiving regional center services (age 3 and up), and families who need help connecting to regional center services.

Call the Main Office line (213) 744-8882 or South Gate line (213) 744-8883, or email SclarcFRC@sclarc.org. Workshops require registration.
What it is
A parent-run family resource center at SCLARC for families of children with developmental disabilities or delays. Staff, many of them parents of kids with special needs, help families navigate the regional center, insurance, Medi-Cal and schools, and run workshops and playgroups.
