Who qualifies
Mainly women, children and families. The W.I.S.H. program requires proof of past incarceration, and you must be renting (a unit or a sober living space) or living with family and need financial help. The re-entry programs serve women who are or were incarcerated.

Fill out the Southern California Intake Screening Form at timeforchangefoundation.org/services/southern-california-intake-form/ (re-entry clients can use the Re-Entry form linked on the Services page), or call 909-886-2994.
What it is
Time for Change Foundation serves women, children and families facing homelessness, the effects of incarceration or addiction. Services include permanent supportive housing, the W.I.S.H. rental-assistance program for formerly incarcerated women, emergency rental and utility help to prevent homelessness, case management, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, job training and legal help clearing records.
