Who qualifies
People experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County (outside Long Beach, Pasadena and Glendale, which run their own systems).
How to apply
Request outreach at lahsa.org/portal/apps/la-hop (choose 'self-referral' if it is for you), visit a CES Access Center (directory linked from LAHSA's Get Help page), or call the LAHSA Information Line, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm. For emergency housing, call 211.
What it is
LAHSA runs the county's Coordinated Entry System (CES), the network that matches people experiencing homelessness to shelter and housing. You can visit a CES Access Center to get started, or request a street outreach team for yourself or someone else through the LA-HOP online portal.
