Who qualifies
2026 income limits (80% low income): 1 person $93,300; 2 people $106,600; 3 people $119,950; 4 people $133,250. Preference for people displaced by City of Inglewood activities, people who live or work in Inglewood (28+ hours a week), persons with disabilities and adults 62 and older.

Apply online only at https://waitlistcheck.com/ca2107 between October 26 (8:00 AM) and November 2, 2026 (5:00 PM).
What it is
Inglewood's affordable housing waiting list opens October 26, 2026 at 8:00 AM and closes November 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Applicants are selected by lottery and may be referred to participating affordable properties as units open. This is not the Section 8 program, and applying does not guarantee housing.
