What it is
San Bernardino County Probation runs free one-stop reentry centers for adults on probation in San Bernardino, Fontana, and Victorville. They connect you to behavioral health, benefits (TAD/CalFresh), public health, and workforce partners. They also offer life skills and reentry classes, a clothing closet, a homeless services coordinator, and bus passes or limited gas and Metrolink cards.
