Who qualifies
Veterans (single or with dependents) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

What it is
A short-term crisis program that helps homeless or at-risk veterans and their families get or keep housing, with case management, housing and financial counseling, and help getting benefits. VOALA also runs transitional housing, HUD-VASH, and the HVRP job program for veterans.
