Anyone may attend.

Fill out the Program Interest Form on namiglac.org, or call the HOPE Warmline at (818) 208-1801 (press 2 for Spanish). Office: (213) 386-3615. For a crisis, call or text 988.
What it is
Free, peer-led support groups and classes for people living with mental health conditions and for their families. It runs a free, confidential warmline (Connect with HOPE) staffed by peers. Programs meet in person and online across six chapters.
